Carol Jean Thompson, CPA

Carol Jean Thompson recently retired as a local practicing attorney and has returned to her first love, accounting and tax.

Carol Jean’s first twenty year career was as a tax and business accountant, becoming a tax partner with Niemi, Holland & Scott, CPAs.  After attending the University of Washington School of Law, Carol Jean returned to launch her second twenty year legal career, concentrating in business transactions and formation and in serving families with estate planning and administration. She founded Thompson Law Office, PLLC in 1996 serving her clients until retirement in December 2012.

Carol Jean is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.  She is a past President of the Walla Walla Estate Planning Council and past President of the Walla Walla County Bar Association.

Carol Jean currently only works during tax season.  She is pleased to join the firm in providing accounting and tax services.
