The IRS has extended the date to file and pay any 2019 taxes owing to July 15, 2020. They have also now extended both the 1st and 2nd quarter 2020 estimated tax payment due dates to July 15, 2020.
After careful consideration for the health of our staff, clients, and community, we complied with the Governor’s orders and have closed the office. When possible we are working remotely from home, or at the office behind closed doors. However, we remain available to accept documents and information to file returns and do required accounting, as long as it is prudent to do so.
For everyone’s safety we are encouraging you to submit information electronically, if possible, or via the mail PO Box 1724 Walla Walla, WA 99362. We can also setup a portal for you to securely update PDF files for us. We ask that you slip documents under the office door if you’d like to drop them off. Please contact our front office (509) 526-5689 to let us know the documents are there, or if you have questions on how to get us information.
If you have not already done so, we do encourage you to submit information as soon as possible as we will likely have fewer available hours in June and July.
We know that our clients are also affected by the current situation, and that you are making decisions regarding your business. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can help in any way.
